Our district insures its workers through a group policy with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company https://www.brotherhoodmutual.com/

Claim Procedure:

If someone employed by your church is injured on the job, please call the district office immediately to begin the claim procedure.

Annual Worker’s Compensation Audit (Payroll Reporting):

Each year the district must report a master list of church payrolls to our insurance carrier for Worker’s Comp. To accomplish this, churches must send copies of all W2s, 1099s and Quarterly 941s to the district office by January 31 each year.
