These grants are completion grants. Churches can apply if their membership is between 35 and 300. Grants are for an item or items and/or furnishings of an individual church needed to complete a building project. Grants range from $4-5000. Cannot help on anything that has already been ordered or contracted for. No loans or gifts to purchase property. No grants toward a parsonage, pastor’s study, office furnishings or equipment of any kind. Send an introductory letter which includes the following information:
- Church name, address and phone number
- Daytime phone # of person who could answer questions from the foundation
- Number of members
- A paragraph or two regarding your church’s building project and how the grant from Oldham could help you finish your project
