Please read the above explanation of “The Called Journey” (the new credentialing system in The Wesleyan Church.) This will help you be prepared for your first interview with the District Board of Ministerial Development. Complete the form below prior to your interview.

This form is for first time candidates for credentialing in The Wesleyan Church. This form is intended to help the District Board of Ministerial Development guide you to the best pathway for you. Please answer as thoroughly as possible.
