District Women’s Project for 2010-2011

We invite you to open your heart to a new ministry project this year–Partnering with Cattaraugus Indian Chapel. Pastor Dan and Martha Duda have faithfully served there as missionaries for 23 years. Their salary comes from support raised, as do other Global Partner missionaries.

What form will this project take? Certainly financial support is a blessing. We also encourage your church to schedule a work day at the chapel. Following you will find a list of work projects which would help facilitate ministry there.

Please call the Dudas directly to do so at 716-532-2956. You can visit their website as well at www.ForMinistry.com/usnyweslccwicc.

  • Paint interior and exterior walls of church – exterior 3/4 done.
  • Install ceiling tiles (on hand) in church basement to replace damaged tiles (12”x12”) – not done.

Parsonage

Build a shelter (porch roof) over the front door to prevent the door from freezing shut during the winter – started.

Your support of the District Project for 2009-2010 was fantastic! Twenty-two churches worked together to give over $17,000 toward support of the Hope Refugee Sewing Center. We hope your support there will continue.

Thank you!
