  • Save a copy for your files

  • Remember, the district pays $750 of the $1,000 deductible (per occurance), call Cathy Kelley about this at 585-365-2889

Background Checks:
GuideOne insurance has entered into an agreement with ChoicePoint for obtaining background checks using their ScreenNow online services . There is normally a $50.00 registration fee for this service, which is being obsorbed by GuideOne. This is accomplished by entering the policy # into the Promotional Code area of registration. Also, there is a 10% discount on all reports, for policyholders of Guide One. The pricing runs from $6 to $25, discounted to $5 to $23 depending on the complexity of the report ordered ($23.00 is for the full Federal criminal background check, while $5.00 is would be for employment records background check. It is strongly recommended that anyone working with or having access to children have the criminal records check).
